Brandyn, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Columbia College and a Master’s in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, complements Roosevelt’s experience with a sharp focus on client satisfaction and budget management. Having worked alongside his father for over eight years, Brandyn has developed a keen sense for design and construction quality. His additional four years as a realtor provide valuable insights into market trends and neighborhood dynamics, helping clients find their ideal home.

Roosevelt began his career renovating homes in North St. Louis, and his legacy of quality craftsmanship remains evident even decades later. His expertise expanded to large-scale renovations across St. Louis County, including areas such as Richmond Heights, Kirkwood, and Ladue. Today, Roosevelt and Brandyn specialize in custom luxury new construction, with successful projects across diverse styles in areas like Ladue, Kirkwood, and Rock Hill.
